Ready to return an item?
Go to your order and click "Request Return". You must be signed in.
Return Conditions
Rule #1Product must be unopened & sealed
Items must be returned in their original factory-sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed products.
Return within 30 days of delivery
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to submit a return request.
Original packaging & accessories
All original contents must be included โ box, charger, cables, manuals, and any accessories that came with the product.
Valid reason required
Returns are accepted for defective items, wrong items received, items not as described, or items damaged on arrival. "Changed my mind" returns are not accepted.
Proof of purchase
Your order must be in your KigaliTech account. Returns initiated through your order page are processed faster.
Inspection before refund
All returned items are inspected by our team. If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

- Opened or used electronics
- Software, digital downloads, or license keys
- Items with removed or damaged serial number stickers
- Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or liquid
- Earphones or earbuds (hygiene policy)
- Items returned after 30 days
How the Process Works
Submit Request
Go to your order in My Account and click "Request Return". Select a reason and describe the issue.
We Review
Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and contacts you with next steps or collection details.
Refund or Exchange
Once inspected and approved, your refund is processed within 3โ5 business days to your original payment method.
